Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to Cz Computer Center (website: czcomputercenter.com) are handled. By enrolling in our courses or making any payment, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Course Fee Payments

Course fees are charged on a monthly basis (₹3000 per month) for the selected program. Payments made through UPI or other approved methods are considered valid only after successful confirmation.

2. No Refund After Course Commencement

Once a course has commenced and the student has attended classes, accessed study materials, or utilized institute facilities, the paid fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Refund Before Course Start

Refund requests may be considered only if submitted before the official start date of the course, subject to administrative approval. Approved refunds may be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges.

4. Admission Cancellation

If a student chooses to cancel admission before classes begin, a written request must be submitted to the institute administration. Processing time may take up to 7–14 working days.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following payments are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration or admission fees
  • Examination fees
  • Certificate processing fees
  • Study material fees (once issued)
  • Any third-party service charges

6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate or failed transactions where funds are debited but payment is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded or adjusted after verification with the payment provider. Processing may take 5–10 working days.

7. Institute-Initiated Cancellation

If Cz Computer Center cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment, administrative reasons, or unforeseen circumstances, eligible students will be offered either a full refund or transfer to another batch.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method (UPI/bank transfer) or another method deemed appropriate by the institute.

9. Processing Time

Refund processing typically takes 7–14 working days from the date of approval, depending on banking procedures.

10. Changes to Policy

Cz Computer Center reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this page.
